
NANNY SERVICE
Bookings
Reservations must be made exclusively through our website or via WhatsApp with written confirmation.
To guarantee the nanny’s availability, 100% of the estimated amount must be paid at the time of booking.
For services with variable duration (hourly services), the amount will be adjusted afterwards according to the actual duration.
Minimum advance notice for bookings
Bookings must be made at least 3 hours in advance, otherwise, a surcharge of 3 euros per contracted hour will apply.
If the booking is made with less than 3 hours’ notice, a surcharge of 3 euros per contracted hour will apply.
Payments
The service must be paid in advance by bank card or bank transfer, which are the company’s only official payment methods.
Cash payments or direct transfers to the nannies are not accepted.
The full amount must be paid before the service begins.
Schedule extensions
If the client wishes to extend the service, they must notify us 30 minutes in advance.
Extensions will be charged automatically to the card associated with the booking, with a 25% surcharge per additional hour.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 4 hours in advance: no surcharge.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance: 30% of the total service amount will be charged.
If the nanny has already travelled to the home or accommodation, the full service amount will be charged.
Minimum service duration: 3 hours
Changes to schedule or service duration
Schedule extensions will be confirmed based on availability and charged at the end of the service.
If the client reduces the schedule once the service has started, no refund will be issued for unused hours.
Cancellations by the company
In the exceptional case of cancellation by the company (due to health or force majeure affecting the nanny), an immediate replacement will be offered or a full refund of the amount paid.
MOBILE PLAYROOM & SLEEPOVER PARTIES
Booking and initial payment:
To confirm the date and the contracted service, 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway. By entering their card details, the client expressly authorises Babysitter & Events Balearic Island to process the charges established in these conditions.
Second payment
The remaining 50% will be charged automatically 72 hours before the event to the same card used for the booking, without additional notice.
If the payment cannot be completed (due to insufficient funds, card cancellation, or any cause attributable to the client), the service will be automatically cancelled without the right to a refund of the initial deposit.
Minimum booking time: 48/72 hours before the event depending on type and size
Large events (weddings, large groups of children): minimum 72 hours in advance
Small home events or sleepovers: minimum 48 hours in advance
Express booking surcharges
Bookings made within 72 hours for large events or within 48 hours for small events will incur a 30% surcharge on the base rate.
Client cancellations
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance: no surcharge.
Cancellations between 6 and 3 days in advance: 30% of the total amount will be retained.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: 50% of the total amount will be retained.
Changes of date or service
Any modification must be requested in writing at least 7 days in advance. Acceptance of changes is subject to availability and may involve additional costs.
Cancellations due to force majeure
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (extreme weather conditions, health restrictions, or justified causes beyond the client’s and the company’s control), the event may be rescheduled at no additional cost or the amount paid will be refunded.
